The board of directors of Kumasi Asante Kotoko will on Friday, August 8, 2020, hold a press conference to unveil a new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for the club.
The Ghanaian giants have been without a CEO for the past few months as a result of the dissolving of the management team when the board of directors was constituted.
As reported earlier this week, the 12-member board of directors at a meeting on Tuesday settled on Nana Yaw Amponsah for the vacant CEO position.
In a statement on the Twitter page of Asante Kotoko today, they have disclosed that the board will hold a press conference at the Sports Hotel tomorrow.
“The Board of Directors will hold a press conference at the Sports Hotel in Kumasi at 11am on Friday, August 7, 2020”, the statement said.
At the press conference, it is expected that Nana Yaw Amponsah will be unveiled as the new CEO of the club.
The Phar Rangers owner has been tipped to lead the Porcupine Warriors club to enjoy a lot of success in the not too distant future when given the job.
